Can delete & modify writers (40)

Can delete users and modify their profiles. They have access to most administrative settings except for Title and Access Level.
If the user being edited has an access level greater than the user performing the editing, they will be unable to edit any administrative settings except for Notes. This also holds true for those with Editor, Editor-in-Chief, and Publisher permissions.
Can rank assignment in order of relative importance by going to Issues > Ranking
