You can email users quickly from the Find Users page either en-masse or one at a time. This enables you to email all the users found in the search or email a single user.

Email En-Masse

Search for the desired set of users you wish to email. Click the tab that says Email these Users. You will be prompted to decide whether you wish to send a template email message or a blank one (one that you create now). See the E-mailing Users section for more details on sending mail.

Email to a Single User

To email a single user anywhere on the page, simply click on their email address. You will be brought to a page asking you to decide on a blank or template email message. See the E-mailing Users section for more details on sending mail.
