The Find Users page can be extremely easy and simple or very powerful. When you first load the page, you will see a list of all the staff in your paper (limited by your maximum number of records, as set in your profile, or 25 by default). From here, you can view, edit, or delete any staff member (by clicking the button to the left). You can also see a small thumbnail image of the staff member's photo (if available).
Searching
You can type search text in the box and click search. As with the Find Assignments page, you can use wildcards (see Find Assignments Basics for a detailed description of wildcard characters). By default, the Find Users page will search the Last Name, First Name, E-mail, Notes, Primary/Home-Phone, Mobile-Phone and Snail-mail fields. To limit to just a few of these fields or for other searching options, see the Advanced Searching section below.
Sorting
You can sort the page by Last or First name or by Homeroom (in the Education Edition) columns above by clicking on the column.
